You can't automate what isn't written down.

We help small and medium businesses streamline and automate their operations — without needing a technical team on their side. We build the system your business runs on, out of tools you can keep.

Self-scored, no call required. Yours whether or not we ever speak.

See limit 3We don't automate a process we haven't documented. Automating a bad process only makes it fail faster.

Where your operations sit right now.

Three positions on one scale. Pick the one that sounds like you — it decides where we'd start.

“It lives on paper, in a spreadsheet, or in someone's head.”

We design and build the system of record, migrate what already exists, write the naming and retention standard, and train your team on it. When there's physical paper in the way, we scan it — and when a scanning bureau would be cheaper than us for pure volume, we tell you and hand you the name.

You end up with: one place the work lives, that your team will actually use.

Digitization · Build from $4,500 Then keep it yourself, or add Co-Managed at $1,000/month.

Start where you are. Most companies sit between Decide and Automate — the paper is gone, but the process still runs on someone remembering it. You don't have to walk every position.

See limit 4No build ends without a named owner on your side and either a maintenance plan or a signed handover.

Two ways in, then three tiers. The tier is who does the work.

The first two rows are how you start. The last three are who operates what we build. Same structure for every service, short enough to quote from memory. Canadian dollars. No per-employee fee.

01Operations Audit
Two weeks. A map of how work actually flows, every automation candidate ranked by hours saved against effort to build, a written do-not-automate list with reasons, and a sequenced 90-day plan.
$1,750credited in full toward any build within 90 days
02Build
Scoped, built, documented, tested against real data, and your team trained on it. Thirty days of support, then a maintenance plan or a signed handover.

03Co-Managed
You operate it, we watch it. Failure alerting and fixes, a monthly change budget, quarterly review. This is what most clients want.
+ $1,000per month · 3-month minimum
04Fully Managed
We operate the process itself, not just the tooling, and report on it monthly.

Nothing here is oursIf you stop working with us tomorrow, the system keeps running and you own every piece of it.

What we build with, named on purpose.

Naming the stack is a filter. If you wanted custom software, this is where you'd find out we're the wrong firm.

n8nOrchestration
Open source. Runs the workflows — triggers, branches, deadlines, alerts.
NotionSystem of record
Where the work lives. Readable and editable by people who don't write code.
ca-central-1Residency
When your counsel requires Canadian data residency, we self-host n8n in Canada rather than routing through a US platform.
Your existing toolsWhatever you already pay for
We'd rather make what you have work together than sell you a migration you didn't ask for.

Group benefits administration.

The one place we've walked the whole scale and left the artifacts behind. Past roughly 25 employees, someone becomes the benefits plan administrator by accident — no licence, no training, a portal login and a stack of PDFs. Enrolment windows close silently. We built the system that catches it.

Limits.

Written down so you can hold us to them, and so a broker can read them before deciding whether we're safe to introduce.

1No custom software.
We assemble systems out of tools you can keep and operate without us.
2No reselling, no commissions.
No vendor pays us. Our only revenue is the fee you pay directly — the only arrangement under which a recommendation means anything.
3Nothing undocumented gets automated.
If it isn't written down, that's the first engagement — not a step we skip to get to the interesting part.
4No system without an owner.
An automation nobody maintains is worse than no automation. You'll trust it, and it will fail quietly.
5Not an insurance broker.
No AMF licence, and no advice on coverage, rates, carrier choice, or claims. That work stays with your broker.

Who this is built for.

A fit

  • 10–75 employees, $150K–$500K monthly revenue
  • An owner or manager who has quietly become the bottleneck
  • You pay for tools nobody has set up properly
  • Nobody on staff writes code, and you'd like to keep it that way
  • Québec or elsewhere in Canada — English and French

Not a fit

  • You want custom software built
  • You want someone to pick a platform and walk away
  • You want AI to replace staff. We automate process, not judgment
  • You need advice on insurance coverage, rates, or plan design

Questions everyone opens with.

Do we have to start at the beginning?
No. Start where you are. Most companies sit between Decide and Automate — the paper is gone, but the process still depends on someone remembering it on a busy week. The Health Check tells you which position you're in, in about ten minutes.
Why pay for the audit if we might not proceed?
It's credited in full toward any build you start within 90 days — paid if you were never going to hire us, free if you do. A free audit would cost us days and tell you our thinking is worth nothing. The free layer is the Health Check, which costs you nothing and is yours to keep.
Who maintains it after you build it?
Either we do, or you do with documentation and a named owner. What we won't do is leave a live automation running with nobody responsible for it — see limit 4. That's the exact failure this business exists to prevent: a system people trust that quietly stops working.
How much of this is actually AI?
Less than most people selling it will admit. Most of the value is deterministic — triggers, branches, deadlines, alerts. AI earns its place in specific slots: classifying inbound messages, pulling fields out of documents, drafting a first-pass reply, summarizing a long thread. We'll tell you which parts are which, because the parts that aren't AI are the parts that don't break.
Where does our data live?
In your own accounts, under your control. We design for minimization — what gets recorded, what never does, and a retention schedule set during the build rather than after. If your counsel requires Canadian residency for the automation layer, we self-host it in ca-central-1.
Are you an insurance broker?
No — see limit 5. No AMF licence, no advice on coverage, rates, carrier choice, or claims adjudication. For group benefits we handle administrative execution and documentation only, alongside your existing broker. The full boundary is written out here.
